We endeavor to display our products accurately through descriptions and visual materials, including the availability of 20 big size pictures for many items to provide a detailed view.

While we strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, variations in color, texture, and dimension may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and differences in device displays.

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Payment for orders must be made through the accepted payment methods available on our site. Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of order placement and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to the total price where necessary.

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the complexity of the handmade item. We are based in New Delhi, India, and shipping arrangements will be made from this location.

Risk of loss and damage for products passes to you upon delivery. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only.

Due to the handmade nature of our furniture, returns and refunds are subject to our specific policy outlined separately on our site. Generally, returns may be accepted only for items that are damaged during transit or significantly not as described, provided the issue is reported within a specified period upon receipt.

Items customized or made to specific customer requirements may not be eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged.
